Enable & Reset Mobile App Access

1. Enable Mobile App Access

Enable the Mobile App Access for a contractor from the location below. 

Contractor Record > Main > Contact Details > Edit > Allow Mobile App Access > Yes

The system will then send an email notification to the contractor containing their login details and relevant links. The contractor should click the first link to download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. Clicking the second link will open the app with the access code automatically pre-filled.

Note: The corresponding email template must be active in the email templates.

1.1 Bulk Enable Mobile App Access:

The option to enable mobile app access for multiple contractors is available from the location below.

Contractor List Screen > Select Contractors > More Options > Enable Mobile App

The user can also filter the contractors who are yet to receive access to the mobile app.

1.2. Resend App Access Link

If the contractor requires the mobile app access link to be sent again, the user can do this from

Contractors List Screen > Select Contractors > More Options > Resend App Access Link

 

2. Reset Mobile App Access

If a contractor changes the email address used to set up their mobile app access, the user must reset the access for that contractor. This will trigger an email notification to the contractor with the new login details.
