This article will take you through the onboarding process in Primo Umbrella.
To customize and change your onboarding options, go to the settings and click on “Onboarding Settings”.On this screen, you will be able to add the new stages, customize existing stages, and set up the rules of onboarding.
From the left-hand side menu, click on the “Enquiries”.
To add new Enquiries, click on the plus icon.
Please note that the email provided here will be used to receive the onboarding setup link.
Your enquiry will now be displayed below. To send out the onboarding request simply select the enquiry and click “Send Email”.
From the Task Manager screen, please click on the “Onboarding” tab.
On the Onboarding tab, you can track and manage your Onboarding processes.
After receiving the link to your email address and following up, please select your login method and fill out the required information.
From here you will be able to progress through your onboarding process.
Complete the stages of onboarding by clicking on the assigned steps.
Upload your document and proceed with the next steps.
Each step will require system verification which can be done as shown below.
By clicking on the green document icon on the right you can review the submitted file. Once done, click the “Approve” button.
Once you reach your onboarding status %, the system will convert the prospect into the contractor as defined in the settings.
To issue the contract please click on the “View” under the “Issue Contract” section. Select the desired contractor and click “Proceed”.
You can verify the bank details under the “Contractors on hold” section.
If at any point you wish to skip the part of the process for either a prospect or the contractor, you can do so under the “Progress Prospect” and “Progress Contractor” tabs.
Once all the steps are done, the Onboarding process is complete.
